Terms & Conditions for Single & Coaching Packages

1. General Terms
- By purchasing any coaching package, clients agree to these Terms and Conditions.
- Coaching packages are non-transferable and intended solely for the client who purchased them.
- All sessions must be booked and used within the specified time frame from the date of purchase

•2 months for 4 weeks packages
•3 months for 8 session packages

2. Booking and Scheduling
- Sessions must be scheduled in advance via email: info@AgnesEnergyHealing.com or WhatsApp - 07801914347
- Clients are responsible for ensuring they schedule their sessions within the validity period. Unused sessions will expire and cannot be refunded or carried over.
- Coaching programs (e.g., 4-week or 8-week packages) include a structured timeline, and clients must adhere to the schedule as agreed upon during the initial consultation. Any rescheduling must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Clients must provide a minimum of 48-hour notice to reschedule or cancel a session. Sessions cancelled with less than 48-hour notice will be considered completed and deducted from the package.
- If you need to cancel your package entirely, please contact us. Refunds will only be issued for unused sessions and will incur a 10% administration fee. - Sessions can only be rescheduled a maximum of two times to ensure progress is maintained.

4. Refund Policy
- Refunds for coaching packages are available within 14 days of purchase, provided no sessions have been used. After the 14-day period, packages are non-refundable.
Exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical issues) may require documentation. Please contact Agnes Energy Healing Shine Sparkle and Glow to discuss options.
- Refunds for ongoing coaching programs are subject to the discretion of the coach and will consider the amount of work already completed. Partial refunds may be issued based on the sessions remaining.

5. Coaching Program Specifics
- The 4-Week Coaching Program and 8-Week Deep Healing Program are designed to be comprehensive and include multiple support mechanisms (e.g., Zoom sessions, email sessions, WhatsApp support, private FB group).
- Clients are expected to participate actively and complete any recommended exercises or assignments between sessions. This ensures the best possible outcome from the coaching process.
- WhatsApp and Facebook group support are for non-emergency inquiries and will be responded to during regular business hours (Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM).
- The programs are structured to deliver value, and clients who fail to utilize the included features (e.g., WhatsApp support, Facebook group access) will not be eligible for refunds or replacements.

6. Validity and Expiry
- Single and Multi-Session Packages:
•2 months for 3-4 single sessions
•2 months for 4 weeks packages
•3 months for 8 session packages
All sessions must be used within this period.
- Coaching Programs: Programs must begin within 2 weeks of purchase.
- Expired packages and sessions will not be refunded or extended unless under exceptional circumstances and at the coach’s discretion.

7. Confidentiality
- All client information, including discussions during sessions, will be kept confidential. We are committed to maintaining your privacy and will not disclose any information without your explicit consent, except where required by law.
- Participation in the private Facebook group is optional, and clients are encouraged to respect the confidentiality and privacy of other members.

8. Liability
- The coaching services provided are intended to offer guidance, support, and tools for personal and emotional growth.
However, they are not a substitute for professional medical or psychological advice. Clients are encouraged to seek such advice when necessary.
- We do not guarantee specific results, and success is dependent on individual effort and circumstances.
- The coach will not be liable for any outcomes resulting from the coaching, or for any perceived or real claims of failure in any part of the coaching process.

9. Changes to Terms & Conditions
- We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions as necessary. Clients will be notified of any changes that may affect their current packages or sessions.
